Pierson, Tolver, Andrews, Arrive for Tryouts
The Stampeders have signed two players with NFL experience, DL Shurron Pierson, and WR JR Tolver; and another DB Rob Andrews.
Pierson was a 4th round pick in 2004 by Oakland. There he played six games and another six more the following season in Chicago. Tolver was drafted 5th round in 2003 but never played a game. Andrews played QB and receiver for Hastings College.
In other news, Walter Spencer who played mostly special teams in 2006 was released.
